Hunter’s Camping & Bushcraft School
We are Nature.
Build confidence, independence and real-world resilience through hands-on camping and bushcraft adventures on the NSW Central Coast
Who we are
Welcome to Hunter’s Camping & Bushcraft School, where the bush becomes the classroom and nature becomes the teacher.
We help kids and adults reconnect with the outdoors, learn practical skills, and build a sense of confidence that screens and classrooms can’t teach.
Founded by long-time camper and outdoorsman Andrew, our programs are designed to introduce people of all ages to the simple, powerful joy of self-reliance.
What we do
Our weekend programs teach the essential foundations of bushcraft and camping, including:
Choosing a safe campsite
Building shelters
Fire safety and campfire cooking
Navigation basics
Using tools safely
Teamwork, resilience, and problem solving
Different ways to create fire without matches
How to find and purify water
Every session is hands-on and challenge-based, helping students grow their independence with the support of qualified guidance.
